student ID will required on site for all student registration packages;
registration fee includes access to all conference sessions and conference materials package;
registration fee does not include accommodation and transport.
Payment Platform
1. The EasyPay Platform is employed by our FORUM for payment service;
2. For payment in RMB, please register through our Chinese webpages, for payment in other Currencies, please register through our English webpages;
3. In case of any misoperation, please feel free to contact us.
Refund policy
Refunds are based upon when you officially withdraw your registration:
70% registration fee is refundable before December 31st, 2018;
40% registration fee is refundable before February 20th, 2019;
no refunds after April 1st, 2019.
